COVID-19 NOTICE

Amid the State of Emergency COVID-19 crisis, Red Baker Propane, Inc. falls under the essential Energy Fuel Infrastructure, which means we continue to operate.  We continue to take responsibility of protecting the health and well-being of our employees and our customers very seriously.  We have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus.

To minimize the risks of exposure to the Coronavirus, every precautionary measure is being taken to safeguard against this health threat.  To reduce the risk even further, we encourage our customers to keep tanks full during this current health crisis.

There are strict laws regarding out-of-gas situations.  These regulations require anyone delivering propane to an out-of-gas customer (or new customer, or over 2-year customer) to perform a complete system check before the tank is refilled.  This leak/safety check requires us to enter your home, therefore creating a personal contact situation.

Bottom line, if you are a call-in customer:  DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT OF GAS

Prior to entering a residence/building we will:

  • Ask if anyone in the household is sick
  • Ask if anyone in the household has a fever
  • Ask if anyone in the household has traveled out of Oklahoma the past 14 days
  • Refrain from handshakes
  • Refrain from sharing writing instruments
  • Wear a face mask
  • Use hand sanitizer frequently
  • Bring your meter ticket copy to office and mail it to you

At any time, we have the right to claim an unsafe work environment and request a rescheduled appointment.  For that very reason, we ask that you keep a close eye on your tank percent and DO NOT RUN OUT OF GAS.  Plan Ahead!

Our rack facility is back open full time filling bottles, coaches, kerosene, etc.  However our hours of operation has temporarily changed to Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Hours of operation may change without notice.  Please call ahead if you plan to come in to the rack.

Please stay tuned for further updates.  We can be followed on Facebook as well.

Also, for your convenience, there is an option to make payments over the phone with a debit/credit card.  As well, if you prefer to receive statements via email, rather than USPS, please let us know.

We thank you for your business and are committed to taking care of your propane needs during these unprecedented times.
